Job Description & Duties :
-Manage vendor database (vendor registration, database & monitoring, contracts).
-Manage regular reporting (saving report, department performance).
-Assist in reviewing policy, process flow & systems in procurement area.
-Build excellent partnerships & deliver solutions internally and externally with business, related with procurement activities.
-Build client relationship through effective communication and Customer Satisfaction Survey.
-Engage with regional procurement compliance & reporting.
