The Requirements are :
- University degree of Finance or Accounting
- 6 to 8 yrs of Accounting and Finance experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Solid experiences with finance software such as “BPCS”, “SAP”, Hyperion and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable, mature, good team management and communication skills, high initiative and self-motivated
- Open-minded, willing to change and face challenges, able to work under pressure;
- Willing to relocate to Klaten / Mojokerto, Indonesia

Job Description & Duties :
1. Overall responsibilities framework
- Develop, analyse and communicate annual manufacturing cost budget for plant standard and non-standard costs
- Guide the seeds supply lead and Asia Pacific (AP) mfg finance lead by timely and accurate tracking and reporting of manufacturing costs and variances to support achievement of costs and business profitability targets.
- Provide leadership in achieving strong compliance and controls in the manufacturing environment.
- Be an active contributor to the manufacturing and finance community

2. Cost Accounting
- Implement processes for monthly forecasting and reporting of cost of goods manufactured (COGM), cost of goods sold (COGS) and non-standard costs (NSC);
- Define key cost drivers and manufacturing variables to be monitored at consolidated AP and country levels on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that yearly forecasts are well grounded and aligned with monthly actuals and projections for the year to go.
- Maintain cost accounting records for the company;
- Collaborate with logistics team to maintain good inventory control & management in all locations, including periodic seed obsolescence review;
- Establish & maintain cost accounting system according to company standards;
- Perform Seed Cost analysis on periodic basis, i.e. track plant overheads & alert on variance;
- Lead seed cost budget & monthly review process;
- Make sure seed cost are properly maintained in accounting system, i.e. establish BOM at budget standard cost, make adjustment after Crop season end;
- Implement & maintain system to ensure full database for seed production;
- Process & control purchases/expenses in the Field & Plant, i.e. main focus on Growers’ payment;
- Liaise with tax bureau in compliance with the local policies;
- Be responsible for fixed assets management, i.e. proper approval process in acquisition & payment, annual budget & monthly forecast, maintain FA register & perform periodic physical count;
- Manage treasury and banking operations in the Plant;
- Maintain evergreen reconciliations on a monthly basis of all GL accounts under responsibility;
- Assume Responsibility for leading effort in all audits pertaining to activities of Plant and for overall seed inventory in Indonesia.

3. Other Areas
- Ensure proper preparation of monthly working hours of seasonal workers, worksheet is properly approved by Seed Supply Operation Manager before sending to HR for payment arrangement;
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of monthly, annual and other periodic reports to the Regional Seed Operation Lead to ensure all reporting requirements are met;
- Establish appropriate internal controls in all operations in Klaten;
- Be responsible for educating and assisting colleagues in setting up proper procedures, improve efficiency & produce adequate reporting
- Better leverage SAP and Business Intelligence capabilities for enhancing reporting accuracy
