The Requirements are :
-Male or Female ages 30-45 years old
-University degree graduate in computer science or related discipline ( MIS background is an advantage )
-Working knowledge on various IT subject matters : network,server,database,mainframe etc
-Having 3 years minimum experience in convenience store ( seven eleven, circle K )
-Retail background will be as an advantage
-Able to handle demanding user effectively
-Ability to work as a team member within a global environment,yet independently troubleshoot and resolve most support incidents
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Indonesian nationality only
