Candidates must have :
-Age above 30 years old with minimum 3 years related working experience as Marketing Manager.
-Possess good working attitude, initiative and interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under pressure.
-Excellent leadership quality and able to lead and motivate a team of subordinates.
-Result-driven, possess strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
-Possess leadership quality, result-orientated, focus, highly motivated and service oriented.
-Good analytical skills and good business sense.
-A team player who has the ability to work autonomously.
-Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Possess own transport and willing to perform long hour duty and travel.
Job Description & Duties :
-To manage and responsible for the smooth running of Marketing Department.
-To plan and strategize training-seminars, events and other promotional functions and activities of the company.
-Involves in promoting and marketing the company’s range of products through various marketing activities.
-Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning, development and implementation stages of all marketing activities to achieve maximum result.
-Manage, plan and implement all events such as product launch, opening ceremony, press conferences and sponsorship activities etc.
-Manage, plan, execute and implements strategic media and PR activities that integrates into company’s objectives.
-Supervise and performs editorial task for newsletter, website content, press releases, speeches and other related material.
-Cultivate and maintain media relations by developing strong and on-going contacts with the media. Proactively identify and secure editorial and interview opportunities.
-To ensure company website contents are up-to-date, interesting and communicates the corporate messages.
