The Requirements are :
-Min diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent
-Customer service oriented
-Good interpersonal & communication skills
-Must be proficient in software applications
-Meticulous, mature with an ‘eye’ for details
-Preferably with relevant experience in loans
Job Description & Duties :
-Perform loan redemption and/or other loan operation functions
-Liaise with lawyers for preparing of redemption statement and forwarding of title deeds etc.
-Handle Audit Confirmation
-In charge of loan interest rate revision
-Monitor Factoring and Share loan
-Answer customers’ enquiries relating to loan
-Compile monthly instalment report
