The Requirements are :
-You should be confident of taking decisions & managing the clients/vendors
-Computer skills (MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Good communication (English as well as local language)
-Experience of 2 to 3 years in Office Administration
Job Description & Duties :
-Managing Administration/Infrastructure
-Office Maintenance: Responsible for ensuring hygienic work environment, supervising repair work & periodic preventive maintenance like antivirus updates, pest control etc
-Managing Housekeeping Team
-Effective Stock Management: Training, Stationary & Housekeeping Materials
-Project based Office Expense Management
-Liaison with Government Offices, Bank & Clients
-Maintaining Project wise details of Bills for Cabs etc.
-Travel Bookings
-Vendor Management (Rate negotiations, Payments etc.)
-Managing Bank Operations
-Follow up with clients on timely payments
