The Requirements are :
- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma.
- At least 2 years of training experience; organisational development experience preferred.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas – customer service; teambuilding; communication; presentation skills.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Job Description & Duties :
- Interfaces with clients to analyse performance and business issues and recommend appropriate interventions
- Design and/or prepare training materials to meet the objectives of the identified training interventions using appropriate training methodologies
- Design and recommend appropriate structural, processes and organisational development interventions to meet the needs of clients
- Delivers high impact, experiential training targetted at junior level to management level staff
