The Requirements are :
- Degree in Accountancy / Business Admin
- At least 7 years’experience in a management position, preferably with some experience working for a NGO
- Sound knowledge in financial and accounting management
- Must have experience in handling the HR function
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiations skills
- A strategic thinker
- Confident communicator
Job Description & Duties :
The Corporate Affairs division facilitates the achievement of the Foundation’s mission through the provision of functional expertise in key areas of Finance, HR & Office Administration.
The position calls for a person who is able to multi-task and have strong management skills of building a team with diversified competencies
