The Requirements are :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a professional qualified accountant ( MIA member).
- Familiar with MS Office especially Excel with strong IT knowledge.
- Good command of English.
- Committed and pro-active.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job Description & Duties :
- Responsible for the management of accounting functions, cost plan, monthly evaluations, instruction, variations orders, quality take-offs and estimating.
- Managing the development of the project’s anticipated cost report for inclusion into the overall anticipated cost report for the development.
- Shall oversee all CMIS (cost management system) operations within the project team and shall monitor control of the CMIS system.
- Responsible for all budget activity to be included within the monthly report.
- Administering pre-qualification activities, the tender process, monthly valuations, instructions, variation orders and cost plan adjustments per approved procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
