The Requirements are :
– Degree in any Engineering discipline.
– Minimum 8 years related working experience in a supervisory or management position in a hi-tech manufacturing environment.
– Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Strong communication skills with leadership qualities.

Job Description & Duties :
– Responsible for directing the Facilities function including physical plant construction and upkeep, equipment installation and maintenance, utilities, environmental compliance, grounds keeping, and janitorial services.
– Coordinate services of equipment and facility service suppliers.
– Coordinate staff schedules as well as supplier and vendor services.
– Develop and implements a schedules of preventive maintenance to ensure optimum production uptime.
– Coordinate with local, state, and federal officials on permits and other regulatory issues.
