The Requirements are :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/HR/Banking or equivalent.
- Keen in being developed as a professional HRD practitioner with 2 to 3 years relevant work experience in the same field
- Able to deliver results in the execution and administration of detailed work processes including coordination with the departmental head / superior
- Well-versed with current Labour Laws & Employment Act and IR issues
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Possess high level of Confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work long hours as and when required.
- Computer literate.
- Able to multi-tasks.
- Possess their own transport

Job Description & Duties :
- Able to facilitate induction programs for new employees and working closely with department heads
- Commendable people skills
- Putting together of training schedule
- Design, development and facilitation of in-house training programmes when necessary
- Regular training reviews to gauge its effectiveness and align it with the objectives of the organisation.
- Maintenance and organisation of training records in adherence to requirements.
- Preparation and monitoring of evaluation reports of training program.
- Strong IR, EA, Conversant Labour Laws knowledge and able to conduct domestic inquiry and counseling independent.
- Participation in or leading of ad-hoc projects when required
