Requirements : Male; not more than 40 years old, college level. Seven (7) years work experience, preferably in a hotel of international standard, at least three (3) years in supervisory level. Cost oriented. Ability to handle personnel is a must; understanding of hotel house rules and regulations. Personable and neat; practices food hygiene and sanitation. Could communicate with staff effectively. Be able to work long hours or adjust to needed operational schedule.
